Testimonials:
Sarah has been taking care of me and my family for nearly 2 years now and I cannot thank her enough. Every time I see her she works her magic on me and I always leave feeling better. Having suffered from multiple food/chemical issues for years, she has enabled me to widen my diet due to kinesiology treatments. I seriously would be lost without her help. BC, Devonport, Tasmania

Here is a list of the modalites which Sarah practises:
Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System

A non-intrusive, self-selective soul therapy.
An Aura-Soma consultation offers you an opportunity to discover yourself at the deepest level. What are your gifts and your potential? We are all so much more gifted than we believed possible.
A consultation may provide insight into the challenges in life which are situations through which we may grow.
By applying the Aura-Soma oils and essences to the body we cleanse and protect our energy field and bring clarity to our chakras or energy centres.
Reflexology

Professional Member of the Reflexology Association of Australia.
A deeply relaxing treatment which soothes the mind, calms the emotions and balances the whole being.
Reflexology may be beneficial for the following health conditions:
Back pain, digestive disorders, insomnia, stress, menstrual disorders, headaches, infertility, asthma, sinus congestion, allergies, fatigue, menopause, chronic pain and many other health challenges.
Kinesiology

Our body is made of energy which flows through our muscles and organs and the meridians. Stresses can disrupt the energy flow and so our health and well-being may then be compromised. Stresses are often caused by life situations, events or accidents, whether they are recent or from the past these stresses can still affect you today.
Kinesiology is a natural way of clearing the stresses and balancing the body’s energy system and so creating greater relaxation and an easing of physical symptoms.
Cranio-sacral Therapy

Sarah Anne graduated from the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London in 1994 and has since helped many, many people with her skills.
Cranio-sacral therapy is a very gentle way of working with the body with the lightest of touches. It is a therapy which touches mind, body and spirit. Clients frequently describe their experience of Cranio-sacral as “extremely relaxing,” “nurturing,” and feeling as though they have been “put back together again.”
The cranio-sacral therapist listens to the waves and rhythms in the body and gently releases tensions which may have been held for a very long time. It is suitable for everyone, from the newborn to the elderly, and is commonly used to help after difficult births for either mum or baby.
People come for help with both acute and chronic health problems, both physical and emotional, and others may come for on-going support in their busy lives.
Reiki

Reiki is a hands on healing therapy which originated in Japan. There are now many evidence based complementary medicine papers which demonstrate the efficacy of Reiki for helping people with diverse health conditions such as anxiety and depression, pain, dementia, stress and even cancer. A study at the Solaris Centre, Perth, WA, observed “significant improvement in overall and individual quality of life” for cancer patients after a course of Reiki treatments.
