Level 1 Foundation
The initial step on the 3-stage journey to becoming an Aura-Soma practitioner. The Level 1 foundation course allows you to uncover the language of colour and what conscious evolution can offer. This course represents a starting point for all those that are looking to trust their intuition and access a better understanding of themselves. It allows you to support not only your own wellness journey but also to support others to be the best versions of themselves.
During the 4 days you will cover the following areas:
- The principles of Aura-Soma as a non-intrusive, self-selected, soul therapy.
- Colour Theory: Primary, Secondary and Tertiary colours, Complementary colours, Hidden colours.
- The messages of colour – our gifts and talents.
- An introduction to the three stars in the Subtle Anatomy.
- The visible spectrum and the chakras. Sympathetic resonance as a key to restoring balance.
- The Consultation Process: The Colour Code of the Soul through time.The significance of the position of each bottle in the Equilibrium selection.Interpretation of each fraction in the colour selections.
- An introduction to the complete Aura-Soma range: the Equilibrium oils, Pomanders, Quintessences, Colour Essences and Archangeloi.

Level 2 Intermediate
The second step on the 3-stage journey to becoming an Aura-Soma practitioner. The Level 2 Intermediate course allows you to explore the deeper symbolism of colour and the different levels of colour in relation to consciousness and well- being, gain a deeper understanding of Colour and consciousness in relation
to The Law of Three and the inherited tendencies and their gifts and to make connections between the Aura-Soma colour system and other wisdom traditions such as Buddhism and Numerology.
During the 4 days you will cover the following areas:
• An exploration of the 5 levels of colour –symbolic, spiritual, mental, emotional and energetic.
• The Primaries within all colours and the Three Tendencies. • The Law of Three – Subtle Anatomy.

Level 3 Advanced
The final step on the 3-stage journey to becoming an Aura-Soma practitioner.The Level 3 advanced course allows you to explore the deeper aspects of colour theory through the Master sequence, developing a fuller understanding of the Subtle Anatomy of Man from an Aura-Soma perspective. It will also nurture consultation skills through practical participation; developing the connections between colour and consciousness to help your intuition connect to Equilibrium in a deeper way.
During the 4 days you will cover the following areas:

Craniosacral Therapy Parts 1, 2 and 3. These are 4 day courses during which Sarah shares her wealth of knowledge and depth of experience gleaned from over twenty five years working in this field. Sarah’s tactile sensitivity enables her to touch the depths of the person and the soul or consciousness and this depth of palpation combined with an anatomical understanding of the Cranio-Sacral system forms the basis of this course.
Sarah regularly teaches Usui Reiki 1 and 2, preferring to teach to small groups to keep the energy personal and the Reiki attunements are always done individually to enable each student the space for their own process.

The 72 Angels of the Kabbalah and Aura-Soma.
We each have three Angels which accompany us for the duration of our lives, these are our Guardian Angel, our Heart Angel and our Intellect Angel.
If you can imagine for a moment, these Angels have a connection with our breath. They stay with us for the whole of our life while we breathe, from our first in-breath to our final out-breath. The Angels are part of life and living…They are largely unseen and unfelt but they travel with us always.
It is quite a beautiful thing to think that we are supported in each and every moment, with every breath we take. Maybe we can think of Angels as an aspect of consciousness, something unseen but which is part of the fabric of creation. Colour is also consciousness and we may become more conscious of how colour interweaves within our thoughts, our feelings and the very fabric of our being.
Our Birth Angels and colour go “hand in hand”, and within the Aura-Soma Colour System we have Angel bottles.
The Aura-Soma Angel bottles help us to unfold our potential, to be the best we can be.
Colour and sound, light and sound, are primary energies in the creative manifestation process. We are made of colour as light manifested at a physical level. Our world is colour vibrating at different frequencies. We live in a world of co-existent harmonic frequencies, colour, sound and also sacred geometry or form.
Sound travels faster through water than air and we, as human beings, are composed of 70% water.
Our Birth Angels have Hebrew names, each with three letters, such as Vav, Mem, Bet, the name of the Angel Umabel.
There are 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet and now scientists are discovering that the shape and form of the 22 Hebrew letters are the same shape and form as the 22 amino acids which make up our DNA – which make up our genes!
Colour, light and sound, the 72 Angel names – are an intrinsic part of our being, our very essence, the God Code within us.
In the science of Kabbalah it is understood the 72 names of the Angels are each a Divine quality. They are our potential, here and now on Earth. To manifest that light within our Being, to be more “lightful”, more joyful and happy, to find what it is which really fulfills us, gives us a purpose in life.
The 72 Angels of the Kabbalah and Aura-Soma courses-
Part 1 is a 4 day course introducing the 72 Angels, their names and your own personal Birth Angels. How to work with and invoke the 72 Angels into your life in a practical way for personal transformation. An introduction to sound and the matrices of colour and number.
Part 2 is a 3 day course during which we deepen what we have learned and experienced on Part 1. A very practical course intended to create positive change at a feeling and cellular level through the vibrational combination of colour and sound.
Both courses are Aura-Soma Academy certified courses.
There are no pre-requisites for attendance on Part 1. To enter Part 2 it is essential to have completed Part 1.
