The Essenes lived 2000 years ago and they invoked the angels into every aspect of their lives. They aspired to live as consciously as possible and believed that their thoughts created beings. They wished to create angelic beings, always intending to focus on the positive.
The energy of the Essenes is intrinsically significant within the Aura-Soma colour system. Colour is consciousness and within the system B11, clear/pink is the Essene bottle 1, the keynote for which is “taking responsibility for the thoughts and the feelings.” We also see the Essene energy reflected in B71, pink/clear, Essene bottle 2, the Jewel in the Lotus, the potential within the purification of the 7 energy centres.
Essentially, with the two clear/pink bottles we are looking at love and light. Bringing light and consciousness to our energy centres, our thoughts, our feelings and our actions.
The Essenes were known for their purification practices, and on an inner plane they were also known for their communions with the Angels, and notably, for their peace meditations.
They believed in Angels, and one expression of this is the Essene Tree of Life. Distinct from the Kabbalah, although essentially with the same purpose, the Essene Tree is comprised of Angels, the roots and the branches are Angels, which are reflective of the world of nature around us.
The Essene initiates communed with these Angels twice daily, once at dawn and once in the evening, with the aspiration of creating heaven on earth. They wished to embody the angelic energy.
The pinnacle of their daily practice was held at noon each day in the form of a peace meditation, this is known as the Sevenfold Path of Peace. They believed peace to be the most important quality in life as they considered all beings to be needful of peace. There is one specific peace meditation for each of the seven days of the week: peace with the body, the mind, the feelings, humanity, culture, the Mother Earth and the Heavenly Father, and these were practiced in a continuing cycle.
This course helps to make the teachings of the Essenes accessible to us now, so that we may use their practices in our own lives with simplicity and ease.
