Craniosacral Courses

A three part training in craniosacral therapy.

Three 4 day courses during which Sarah shares her wealth of knowledge and depth of experience gleaned from over 30 years working in this field. Sarah’s tactile sensitivity enables her to touch the depths of the person and the soul or consciousness and this depth of palpation combined with an anatomical understanding of the Cranio-Sacral system forms the basis of this course.

Sarah focuses on the development of the student’s sensitivity, spatial awareness of energetic fields and intuition.

Meditative techniques are used throughout the course to enhance right relationship and relating with energetic fields both within the giver and the receiver.

The courses are for those new to bodywork as well as those who are already experienced, the courses includes the relevant anatomy of the craniosacral system.
